And also because I do strategy, there's an element of you've got to also be able to articulate and be able to understand actually the impact of certain things.

So there's always been an element and an interest for me of AI.

And for me, regardless of where the conversation has started with a client on AI, every single one of the, you know, the conversations I've had and having the clients we're working with, the clients we've worked with through Fully Bossed is very much comes back to the same thing.

If I give you an example, PE, private equity,

They want to close deals.

They want to buy firms, acquire firms and see value in three to five years max.

The quickest way for them to get value, if we go back to the metrics question, right?

How do I create efficiencies?

It's not just efficiencies.

Really, the question you asked was, how do I create value, right?

One way is looking for operational efficiencies to reduce my cost.

There could be many other ways, right, of how you create value.

But when now the conversation around how do I create value is all pointing to AI, right?

It's the operational efficiency that AI generates, but then it's also a huge market opportunity, which could be a revenue generator, right?

So actually the metric is I can increase your business, not I can reduce your costs.

I can probably do both with AI.

So that stuff is all well and good, but actually...

The lack, the thing that people are lacking is somebody like an operator, an operator who can go in and kind of say, well, this is actually how you do it, right?
