We were seeing that

the labor market being somewhat disrupted.

I think at the end of the day, the labour market is really going to hinge on the overall economy.

Meaning

When the economy is good, companies don't use AI to fire people.

They use AI to grow.

And that's what we have been seeing.

And there's no real statistical evidence that companies are laying off people in a meaningful way because of AI.

At least from our data, we don't really see that statistical significance.

I think it's when the economy goes south, that's when companies really start thinking about downsizing using AI.

And I think AI, yeah, AI is a headwind to

wage growth and to the overall labor market to some extent, but I don't think we're gonna see a major disruption just because of AI.

And historically the economy has its way of creating new types of jobs.

And I think that the economy will create new jobs with AI as well.
