White collar jobs were the only jobs that have gotten busier with tech innovation.

So people are actually getting busier.

And I think what AI is going to do to white-collar jobs is I think the expectation for project turnaround is gonna shrink dramatically, meaning you gotta deliver right away.

And that actually means working harder.

Yeah.

So the entry level people

are where we see the biggest stress in the labor market right now.

And

It's really because of AI.

There are two school schools of thoughts there.

That one is, yeah, they're gonna see

bigger pressure because they don't have the experience.

But also at the same time, the other the opposite school of thought is that

From day one, they're gonna be a lot more productive.

So these younger workers are gonna be more native in AI.
