And I think CapEx makes a lot of sense because of bonus d bonus depreciation.
Now that they could deduct a hundred percent of their capex right away it from taxes.
I think a lot of companies are gonna do that, but also and nobody's really saying this from companies, but I think they're gonna do a lot of buybacks too.

So I think the consumer overall is doing okay.
I mean, it's been a K shaped environment, meaning the high income consumer has been actually doing really well.

Whereas the low income consumer has not been doing well.
If you listen to what a lot of banks are saying, they are actually starting to see the low income actually doing a little better.
So I think the overall consumer dynamics is still okay.
The labor market is still very strong.
So I think the overall consumer health is fine.
And I think it's going to be very tough for companies to lower prices that they already raised.
From their perspective, why would they lower price?
lower it and you know slash their margins when they don't really have to.
I mean it's kind of like a nice gesture to go after market share for some companies that they're collecting back their their refunds and now they're going after market share.
But for the broader economy, I don't think we're gonna see much deflation.
Yeah, so we we were actually pretty bearish consumer stocks um for the past year and we actually just raised our weights to market weight from underweight for both discretionary and staples.
And care refunds was actually one of the reasons why we upgraded uh those stocks.
