And he was like, ma'am's in the hospital.

And I was like, what?

And I could tell you after a few kens.

And I was like, since when?

It was like Thursday beforehand.

And I was like, it's fucking Monday morning here.

Like, what am I supposed to do?

And I wasn't in a good mind frame at that stage.

So then I left that situation and I went straight to the bottle shop and I got like two, three bottles of wine and just went for it.

And I think that was one of the first periods I knew things were going badly for me.

And then that started developing a bit worse and my partner, wife at the time I'd say, and was seeing that I was falling into that hole a lot more and I started sneaking bottles, hiding them around the house, stuff like that.

But consciously I was still, I knew 100% what I was doing was wrong.

I was still working, I was still maintaining all of it.

I wasn't drinking during the day or anything.

But I also knew that smoking, when I was smoking weed or dope, whatever you want to call it, it was stopping me from doing that.

And so I could function better, but I was still blocking something out.

So then I'd go through periods where I was not drinking and I'd change over to smoking dope and I'd be chasing, going to houses, buying weed or hash and all these places.

And then it got to a stage where I was doing all this investigation, because I've always been trying to figure this out.

And I was checking out strains, what you could grow and what would bring down my levels of fixing what was inside of me and all that kind of crap.

And then I, of course, went down the route of started growing it, started finding all that kind of stuff.
