have them actually be visible in the industry, on your content, on your videos.
Uh that's gonna go a lot further than, you know, generic person behind company name.
Um that's just not gonna work as well anymore.
Yeah, I won't I want people with ideas.

don't need a thousand devs anymore.
You need someone with that domain knowledge that can come up with a thousand ideas.
