While when you have an interview directly with somebody who is already in technical position, like your potential manager or a CEO of the company, and they have a lot of product knowledge, they understand what's the roadmap, they know what the bottlenecks are, the specific problems.
They hopefully understand what kind of problems they want you to solve, because it's also debatable.
It's not that easy.
in a lot of conversations.
But this is the work that we do with studios, actually, that we help them actually understand that, guys, you need to know this before you even advertise the position.
And I know it doesn't work this way.

But if they know, then I always ask, like, if they've read something about it, because honestly, I just don't want to waste time and repeat myself.
Like, that's the point because if they know stuff, it doesn't make sense.
So.
So this process is for elimination of potential unfit candidates.
So this is why you need to understand how to precisely communicate how you are fit for the role and be prepared for the
for those questions on a more high level than the very deep level because chances are that on the first interview with a recruiter, nobody will ask you heavy technical questions or ask about stuff you have in your portfolio from the artist, like why you put this there or something like that.
Chances are people won't ask about it.
They might bring this up, but it's mostly about checking if the person actually is a fit for the position from what they're claiming the experience that they have, checking if the logistics match.
