Oh, I could have done this better.
Oh, probably this was not that great.
Even if they didn't give you feedback, you kind of can go through your head with the assessment of what could be done a little bit better next time.
But you need reps to do it.
This is why interview prep in general works very well because it helps you to understand in a lot of cases
no no like i i do agree it's something that something that i find also like a yellow flag when somebody does not do it because nowadays it's just when company has uh has a game out there you don't even have to play it you just go youtube you just go on youtube and you know check it check the gameplay like it's like really like not a lot of friction to do this stuff and it's a very similar way to um
when you are going into the interview and you see the person and you know that they haven't checked your cv because before the conversation because you can see them like going through it and you know and just checking it on the fly and just asking some random questions that they are not even prepared to
it sucks right like it sucks from this perspective just being interviewed this way and it's kind of a similar way in the other way the other way around so if you just don't you do your due diligence and you don't check this most obvious things it immediately signals that you aren't really interested like just just that that you are like a tire kicker here which again it's fine if you want to be but just bear in mind that yes like there are kind of
own the consequences of whatever you are doing.
So it heavily depends on the stage.
But I can I can tell you from this perspective, so there is obviously like, you will find all the material material, like ask these questions at the end of the interview, or like, yeah, like whatever, like a lot of this stuff might be relevant might be not because again, you have to remember that there is not one size fits all.
In this cases, it heavily depends on who you are, for what position you're interviewing and with whom you're speaking.
I would say this way.
Good rule of thumb is if you have some deal breakers regarding the contract type, remote work or whatever else, address that as soon as possible.
Ask those questions basically on the first interview, doesn't matter with whom it is, just to save yourself time or the time from the other side as well.
Because if you don't match on the logistics, then chances are you either might hear about potential option for specific candidates, if that would be okay.
But sometimes you will just hear, no, we are not hiring on B2B.
We are only hiring on the full-time employment contracts.
That's it.
Like we don't have contractors because whatever reason.
