but they need you to solve the problem and you need to find what the problem is and address how your experience and how you can help them solve this stuff.

So that's the hack number one.

The second thing what you do, and this kind of also applies to the later interviews after HR interview, is every time when you are speaking,

people are kind of afraid of i don't want to give a solutions how to solve the problems or what i would do but honestly like do that like because if you can if you can and if you are able to tell okay so guys in this case this is the this is the problem you have a problem with the pipeline for example or you want someone who will help you with the game and just making this stuff up but figuring out figuring out how to set up a pipeline

so i did this i did exactly that here here here and here and even if this doesn't space say specifically in my cv because i've also done other stuff like this is exactly what i did like i built the entire pipeline in this company uh it even if it wasn't specific in game dev because that also is important here it doesn't have to be in a lot of cases i did this stuff somewhere there and in your case what i would do for example i would come

First month would be auditing what we already have in place, see how the process looks like.

And then after the first month, I would prepare some potential changes and I would tell you what I could implement or what I think we should implement.

I would also speak with the team just to build a relationship, just to get an assessment of where we are with the skill level.

And then month three, we are going with the implementation of those things.

We are going to implement one or two just to see

how they work and iterate on that.

And then later we will think about all the other stuff that we have to build.

But you understand the difference here, right?

It's just you already are solving that problem on the conversation.

And this is immensely, immensely powerful, if you can, if you can pull it off, obviously, because this is why a lot of like a lot of people are not doing that.

Because first of all, they don't know how to do how to do an interview prep that is actually like a very, that puts you in the position where you can do it.

Because that's the other part.

And this is kind of a tricky situation that people who are performing best on the interviews, and I'm using the word performing deliberately, are the ones who

have those interviews the most, like realistically speaking, because you have a lot of rep time and you can actually, if you are a person who actually learns also from what you are doing, you also can kind of reverse engineer.
