So I've been doing Enterprise SEO for the past fifteen years and uh I've been working with a ton of like enterprise companies like SAP, Workday, Anna Plan, and these were companies that were also laying off during these times, like even years ago, right?
And I was one of the positions that was survived those positions.
So I never actually experienced a layoff until about the pandemic area, um era.
And it was the time I usually was able to leave on my own time.
And so, you know, and obviously I had my backup plan or I actually had a plan when I I would left a company.
I was at the time I was actually at work day.
Uh I didn't get laid off at workday.
However, it was the it was the company that was at the most for like over five years and I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere.
So I decided to kind of um
get a higher position at a start up company.
And so this is what I first this is during the pen around the pandemic.
And so I I laid I I left a company that, you know, you know, I was there for such a long time.
I survived a few layoffs.
And I went to the startup company and within about I guess like maybe eight months, I was I was let go.
It was it was they they they had to cut they cut um they cut everything off and you know their funding was kind of like
you know lower so they had to kinda like let people go.
And I was one of the first to go.
Marketing was is usually one of the first people that usually cut and I was one of the um head of marketing at that time.
