I moved to Elkhart, Indiana and knew absolutely no one and implemented Dean's free reports, avoid the mistake people make shopping for a mortgage.
And we followed that up with seminars and we had apartment mailings, why rent when you can buy.
And so moving to Elkhart when I was 25 years old, I knew absolutely no one.
And within two years, I was doing 300 mortgage loans a year.
So it's proof the system worked then and it still works today.
Yeah.
So, so, you know, it's all about adding value to the client's experience and providing a seamless transaction.
And I've always looked at the real estate business or the mortgage business as a transaction that could involve 50 to a hundred people.

We are not demanding.
We just simply ask that they do their job and perform.
But we really, we don't want to be a high maintenance firm.
We don't want to call with demands.
But when we need something, we want to be able to pick up the phone and say, you know, we need to close this tomorrow and it gets done.
And so everybody from the termite inspector to the home inspector to the appraisers,
we make a point to provide them with a good experience of working with our company.
