In saying we're going to start with AI and actually start what we're doing with AI so that we can learn how it might help us in the early parts of a role or capability or something that we're trying to work on, so that we can build the muscle.
And the muscle doesn't become a secondary thought.
It becomes primary.
And so in the company, I think the way that this has manifested is that there's
Don't start with AI to always assume that you can do it the old way faster.
And you'll be like, oh, it's gonna be slower.
I'd have to do it this way because I'm not used to it.
So I'm just gonna quickly do it the way I normally do it.
And then I'll come back and I'll redo it with AI.
And so the stuff that we're doing now, where we're actually encouraging the team to start AI first.
Is where we're, I think, really starting to see some of the really amazing gains.
There's a team inside of the company that has moved to 80% of their product reviews being prototype first, which means that we're vibe coding prototypes, testing them with customers.
And then that is the first thing that the executive in that area sees.
to help understand what the product is.
And the first few of those went slow.
Now the teams built muscle and they're going really quickly with it.
And we're ending up with more high fidelity products on the backside.
Yeah.
And maybe putting a little friction in the way to encourage that.
Like on a personal side, on my iPhone, I've swapped out Safari for Chat GPT, the on the main bar at the bottom of my screen, to encourage me.
