Very strong focus on hiring interns and recent college grads and people early in their careers that have grown up in an AI environment.
So that we're bringing in this like AI-first DNA in from the very beginning with some of the newer members of the team that are joining.
And then the hopefully the combination of both of those, right?
The upskilled team members along with AI first members.

Yeah, I mean, I'll tell you actually on the um product side of the house, we actually just opened a extended intern hiring program to bring some more interns in.
