And as a practice owner, that feels like a counterintuitive thing to do. But on the other hand, to kind of the example that you raised as well, if you're in a clinic where you've got all of this inefficient process and the only way to address inefficient process, like the mass amount of documents to address or whatever, is by

bringing in more and more casual people to, to move one thing to another or to, to do this. And, and it's a role that technology is better suited to potentially do more accurately and definitely more efficiently. Then there's, there's gotta be a lot of those kinds of opportunities in primary care that are kind of just sitting there. Cause it's almost like a little bit too hard to address. So I think that that.

You know, technology replacing people conversation. It's nuanced, but there's, there's kind of two extremes of it, but there's a lot of clinics around Australia and anywhere in the world, really. I'm sure that there's just a lot more people involved in things that technology would be a better place to do. And if you can redeploy those people to do better things, then that's amazing too.

So people might think, okay, yeah, but the reality isn't like that. The reality is if you can do a lot more now, you're not going to fire anyone. You're just going to build a better, bigger business and service more society. Yeah. A hundred percent. I mean, place of abundance, no dystopian, all that kind of stuff. Yeah. Like it's, uh, there's the right framing to, uh, really scale with the people you have. Uh, and, and primary care needs a lot of that right now. And we talk about that a lot on this podcast.

And it's going to be interesting to see how that continues to evolve as expectations change, both on a clinic level and a patient level too. Also, I imagine there's a lot of benefit that, is there interest from, you know, I've originally taken the view of the

small to medium sized GP clinic that might exist. And if you're a practice owner, you're kind of running this business and you've got a certain stack that you want to maintain. But across multiple clinics in a larger kind of corporate GP environment too, I imagine this kind of infrastructure of automation and process and having that streamlined approach across multiple clinics could be pretty appealing too.
