As a system, there's no question that our business people hiring the doctors are running better performing clinics than the doctors themselves.
And that's the power of our model for those doctors is that they're really great at delivering chiropractic care, but that doesn't mean they know how to organize the business, to do their PL, to do their
marketing to think through the operations of their business.
And so we're putting that all in that operating model so that what allows them to do what they love to do most and that's to deliver chiropractic care to their patients.
Well, we we have a couple of outliers.
So that if you look at on the franchise side of our business, that uh we also do corporate units.
So kind of about six hundred plus units out there, about you know, five hundred and fifty of them are franchised.
And that we have two outliers that they actually own I think both of them almost fifty clinics in themselves in multi-states.
I would say if if you do the straight line average, okay, we've got five hundred and fifty-ish franchised units in operation.
We probably have about two hundred and thirty franchisees who are operating that.
So if you kinda pull those outliers out, we probably we do have a lot of multi unit operation, but it's probably a the average of around three about three.
Well, we actually have uh our item nineteen is probably one of the most extensive detailed item nineteens that I've worked with.
That uh we do a full PL analysis.
Of course, we do the breakdown of of gross sales by quartile.
If it's just a straight line average, if you go to our twenty twenty-one uh FTD, the straight line average is just probably a little under half a million dollars.
But what I would tell you, Stan, is I've and I've it's obviously spent a lot of time in this space and mainly in that small box.
Retail space, and it's interesting to me in that experience is it's the operating costs are almost the same for all those little boxes, whether they're frozen yogurt or postal and business communication services or chiropractic care, and that there may be a little more expense, for example, associated with frozen desserts just because of all the equipment.
But if you think about it, we're all paying the same rent, we have the same customer base, we have the same kind of build-out in a thousand square feet, and that they're all the same.
And so, what I find so
So interesting about the joint is this concept probably has one of the strongest unit economics I've seen in that space.
