Now I've seen stronger, stronger uni economics, but not in that space of that thousand square feet.
And our total build-out cost probably around average around I don't know, $180,000, $200,000.
That most of those little boxes, one of their primary costs to manage is cost of goods.
Ideally, like in the frozen yogurt world.
The twenty percent cost of goods ideal.
When you start, you know, moving that up, I think in the sandwich world, what is it about twenty-seven percent is kind of where you'd expect it to go.
Yeah.
It would
Exactly.
So thirty percent, but I mean you start getting above that because you just gotta cut the pile with not just your your cost of goods, but your labor and your lease and your marketing and then all your other little ancillary costs.
And so in our model, you know what our cost of goods are?
Zero.
There is no cost of goods.
It's all service.
Now we pay our doctors, so our doctors are gonna be paid more than that young woman is just serving the yogurt.
But if you look at those five costs, every small box retail has to manage.
It's again it's labor, it's real estate, it's marketing, it's cost of goods, and then the ancillary computer, garbage, what you know, electricity, whatever.
Those are the five costs we have to manage.
And so in our model, one of them we don't have.
And so that just the the the the flow through to the bottom line for mature clinic here is is remarkable.
