It's not just about putting a bunch of data inside somebody's head.
It's not just about learning how to adjust, but we are training and preparing a caregiver, somebody who's going to go out into the world and help bring healing and light into the world.
And if we keep our focus at that, then we're always going to make the right decisions, how we run a school, what we teach, how we teach it, how we make all those systems work.
And the same thing in practice.
If you ever lose sight of why you're really there,
to not just be a technician, not just to fix people's problems, but to actually be a compassionate caregiver, we're going to bring more healing and light to this world.
And that's what we need.

All of my profession is feeling a decline in enrollment.
In my opinion, that's temporary.
I think that things are cyclical.
I think we've hit a speed bump regarding that.
The more people that I talk to when I'm outside the walls of the college and doing efforts of recruitment or speaking, people are inspired to want to be able to help and serve people with what we do.
From where I sit, I think there is going to be an explosion of the need for chiropractors and more and more chiropractors going into practice.
We're at a slight decline at this moment in time.
Enrollments have declined due to COVID and academic collective, referring to it as a decline in enrollment across all of higher ed.
I believe that that's a speed bump.
I think that the next decade is going to cause a tremendous resurgence of a desire of people to have caregivers to help support them in true healthcare.
I see some of the robots that Musk and other people are creating.
I think to be naive to say that we won't have machines that are going to be utilized in delivering an adjustment, I think would be naive.
