to organize itself on higher and higher capacity.

It learns from a real life experience, becomes stronger and more adaptive to the world.

So the goal of chiropractic care, particularly if it's done on a regular basis, is not to treat or cure something as much as it is to keep that nervous system finely tuned

so that it's able to adapt to the environment optimally, whether that be at our workplace, in our schools, as we're eating our foods, as we're thinking our thoughts.

That system is able to work optimally to adapt to the world.

So I view that what we do as a chiropractor aligns totally toward creating well-being, much more than treating disease.

And what people are craving for in our world are tools that they can go to and professionals they can go to that can help them align their lives toward being healthier, not just getting rid of diseases and not just eliminating problems or aches and pains as they have.

My mission is to create the next generation of healthcare providers to healthcare because, as I said, self-care has grown.

Much of our healthcare system is really a crisis care or disease care system.

I believe we can create a true healthcare system where people will go to caregivers to optimize their well-being.

And we're starting to see that happen.

My practice was full of that.

In my time in practice, 83, 84% of my practice was outside their first year of care.

I had over 200 people that had been under regular care for over 20 years when I left.

They were coming to chiropractic to get the spine checked.

First, clinical excellence in what we do, being able to do what we do better than ever before.

I feel as though much of the artistry of my profession has really declined over the last number of years.

And trying to fit within an allopathic medical model, there's been less specificity in terms of being able to deliver a spinal adjustment, which is the correct thing that we do.

So I view that I want to ensure that my graduates are clinically outstanding in being able to analyze and take care of a person's spine.

And communication has two parts to it.
