We can't tell you you can do anything.

This upskilling or retraining needs to be 12 months.

If you can't retrain within 12 months, then, you know, it's unreasonable.

The insurer says you've – so the first one, the super fund, says you've got to be incapable of ever doing it and a reasonable period of retraining.

Now, what's reasonable for me?

When we're talking about total permanent disability, is five years reasonable?

Maybe.

Now, if I go to own occupation TBD, now, you know, we recommend own occupation.

The reason at Sky we recommend own occupation is because we've had clients claim on own occupation.

And so I believe it's really important because it does –

allow the insurer less room, less wiggle room not to pay.

TBD insurance is the occupation which the life insurers were working immediately before the sickness or illness.

So meaning that you've got to be unable to do the job that you were doing immediately prior to that injury or illness.

Like teaching in this specific case.
