It is pretty broad what you do on a day-to-day basis.

But if you can't be a classroom teacher, which, you know, from a mental health point of view is pretty significant.

Having to deal with kids all day long is a difficult thing.

But the ability to retrain into any admin role ever again is probably really hard to kind of go over that hurdle of any occupation.

Now, the benefit is with insurance is they do always talk about reasonableness tests.

Like, you know, the pub test is always kind of that.

What is the reasonable?

Now,

The difficulty with any occupation is they're expanding it.

It used to just be simply, can you do any job based on your training experience or education?

Now they're kind of expanding it to go, oh, actually now we think you can retrain into other things.

And that's been fairly new over the last few years.

Now my question is, will that expand even further in the future?

Yeah, so that first definition was based on a group policy and they can amend that in the future.

Yeah, make any changes they want.

The second definition I talked about where it had a 12-month period, that is a contract where you own individually with the insurer and so if they want to expand it because that insurer never used to have that 12-month retraining but now that got added.

Now it's only added for new policyholders.

For me, if you're a surgeon, there is reasonable grounds to say any occupation.

If that's all you've ever done and that's all you've ever trained for and that's all you're ever educated in and you don't do any lecturing as well, then there is a reasonable case to say,

Hold on, it's pretty rough to say I can't be a surgeon but I can go and do any occupation.
