And again, if it was mental health, non-disclosure or mental health claim, they would have, AFCA would have sided with the insurer.
Yeah, they knew it would have been declined to cover or whatever it is.
Now, the disclosure rules, it used to be duty of disclosure.
So, it was basically on the policyholder.
You've got to remember everything.
If you forget anything, it's on you.
Now, you've got to take reasonable care.
So, if you take reasonable care not to misrepresent your situation, then you've done your job.
It's actually on the insurers now to ask the right questions.
So that's why actually underwriting has gotten harder because that's why more advisors aren't doing it because underwriting became harder because the obligation kind of was removed from the policyholder, the clients, back to the insurers.
Hey, if you don't ask the right questions, that's on you.
And you can't not pay out a claim because you didn't ask the right questions previously.
It didn't matter if they asked the right questions or not because the obligation was on you to tell them everything they needed to know.
Yeah.
Even though you're not an insurance company, you don't know what they need to know.
Yeah, you've got to go through AFCA.
And declining an insurance policy is not – insurers don't do it flippantly.
Let me just tell you, we work really closely with insurers.
They do a lot of due diligence before they will decline, especially if it's with an advisor.
That's one of the benefits of working with Sky or in any advisor.
