We have a large open space commitment, lots of tree conservation area.

We have a really good LID commitment.

We're doing a large bioretention in the front of the property.

We've agreed to a condition to keep the height of our site lighting down really low to 14 feet in height to reduce any potential glare that would leave the property.

We have LEED green building commitments, solar ready roof construction commitments.

We have a commitment to do 20 EV charging spaces.

That's 10 EV chargers that'll be installed on day one.

And then another 10 parking spaces that will have EV ready infrastructure in the ground so that a pedestal could be installed at a later time.

We've also committed to providing meeting space for the local community.

And I'll talk to that in a second.

Lots of other changes that we made to the program throughout meeting with the community, which I'll also cover.

And then at the end, we have two additional board considerations.

So we met with the community twice.

We held a public meeting in July of last year, and then again in April of this year.

And that led to some of the most meaningful changes to the program.

We did reduce the parking footprint significantly.

As I mentioned earlier, we went from 520 parking spaces to 425.

We really beefed up the landscape buffers from where we started, and I'll show you those.

We did a complete building redesign.
