So, correct me if I'm wrong, right now, they need permission, I guess, from a neighbor or neighbors to expand their property so they can get the fire apparatuses on the property.

And as of right now, the answer has been no from the neighbors for the access.

So again, help me to understand if we approve this, then they're supposed to still go try to work that out with their neighbors.

And if that doesn't happen, then what happens?

They would not be able to receive occupancy for these so it is at their risk.

So why is it the other way around for them to get the approvals first from their neighbors and then come to us?

Well, it's a possibility.

This is being treated sort of in the same way that a by-right use would be treated.

A by-right use that wouldn't require coming in front of the board would still have to check all the same boxes after the use is authorized, in that case by-right, in this case by board action, to make sure that it has all of the more detailed regulations satisfied in order to begin operation.
