So in theory, hypothetically say if this is approved, but they still get no from their neighbors, can they just come back and keep applying to temporary special event permits to keep operating?

So temporary by their nature means that they at some point there's a distinction between something that's happening regularly.

I'm not prepared right now to tell you where that line is drawn, but at some point, applying for the same kinds of temporary use permits over and over would no longer be approved.

How many have they applied for and were approved for so far?

So right now they have approvals through, I believe, through the end of 2026 at the moment.

So they've only applied once?

they applied once but they laid out their plan for the year in compliance with what the temporary special use permits allow overall okay so then can i once 26 it runs out can i apply in 2027 lay out my plan for 2027 and get approval they can apply yes beyond that i would hesitate to give you a direct answer tonight without there's going to be a number of details involved in looking at it just like there was when this initial permit was approved

And then with the temporary special permit, isn't it supposed to be 10 events or is it just unlimited for whatever amount of time we approve?

It's 10 events for up to two weeks at a time per event.

So every two weeks, 10 events?

There has to be a break in between, but each individual event, so for 10 events in total, each of those individual events can last for up to two weeks.

And how are we monitoring that?

We are monitoring per what the application submitted.

So there's no true enforcement because they could possibly be going past that.
