I was gonna say, what bit of advice would you have for someone really going through it right now?

Whether it was similar to your situation or someone that just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel?

Is it simply just keep living until you feel alive or do you have any other nuggets that have really helped you along the way?

I love that.

I think 'cause I look back to pre kid life and like when we had the time and the disposable income to just go to spas and treatments and all that stuff.

And that used to be the kind of self care in your mind, right?

But but actually the best kind of self care is the self care that you can implement on a daily basis and it doesn't need to cost much.

Do you have a little hack on shortcutting to that mindset?

It's like there's been shame with pleasure, right?

And you're right, people think sexual pleasure and you don't need you need it to fully enjoy life.

That is such a beautiful note to wrap this chat up.

And I'm just so grateful for you coming on, Janelle, because mate, you've just absolutely been through it.

But you're a true example of resilience and you show that there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel.

It doesn't mean that it's all fairies and unicorns.

I know that you're still probably going through it in ways, but I think you would have helped so many people today by sharing.

But for Janelle, she was in just like obviously that fight or flight mode for quite a while where she was just surviving data.

Today and then after about two and a half years, you know, it felt like there was some light at the end of the tunnel.
