you know, a 13 personnel emphasis period where things are physical and we're running the ball to then all of a sudden we're in a two minute in the game and the dynamic, the situation changed.
Our communication has to continue to elevate in these situations.
And I think you've seen he has the ability to elevate his play.
We need just the consistency down in, down out, the communication in the huddle, out of the huddle, at the line.
That's something that will always be a continued ongoing process for Caleb.

Especially us, they go to the box.
We go to the box early so you don't see him address the team necessarily before.
But when he steps on the field, there's a certain look in his eyes that's kind of like, all right.
And you get excited because we get excited on our side because we have been.
Like that's part of the process of why do you think you're going to win?
We have been.
Like that's a big part of it.
And you just kind of see it in the way he operates.
And you stay out of his way and let him do his thing and communicate when he asks you to communicate.
Well, it's obviously ideal to have a year in the building, kind of see what the expectations are of the offense coordinator, what everything looks like, you know, being in Declan's hip pocket last year and being able to hear all the communication that was going on between him and Ben or him and the coaches, what every meeting looks like, being able to keep detailed notes on that.
