How are you feeling these days?

I'm doing really well.

I'm happy with how I'm managing my chronic migraine.

It's been fantastic.

Yeah, my youngest son is graduating from medical school and is about to start residency in head and neck surgery.

So it's amazing because he's living with chronic migraine and I'm so proud of him for dealing with his migraine attacks through medical school.

That's truly incredible.

It's incredible.

I think his own experience sort of has shaped him.

And so for him to be able to do this, I mean, it's remarkable.

And seeing him makes me too, not to use anything as an excuse, because if he can do it, I can do it.

You know, I can do anything.

Yes.

So we've always loved to travel.

We are inherently very curious people.

And I love visiting and learning about other cultures.

And so I've learned the gift of travel has been acceptance, understanding that, yes, I might fall ill.

I might get a migraine attack.

And no, I don't need to do everything on my list.

It's OK to just take it easy.
