responding to your text immediately, buying you flowers.
You're just like, oh my God, this guy's way too available.
And that was literally me.
I was like, icht.
You know, people say get the icht.
I get the icht at a nice guy.
But that's because I literally I had these two things.
I had low self-esteem, but I also had it's called an internal working model.
And it's very psychological term.
But basically, it's like this this thing that lives in our heads.
That is like a form, a thing that's formed about relationships.
How we relate to each other and our parents is formed very deep into our psyche.
It's a map.
Yeah.
And to change that map, you have to go into therapy and actually stop going into them relationships, get into therapy and try to change the map.
And that's what we talk about our relationships with our families when we go into therapy.
It's not to blame our mom or blame our dad.
It's actually to try to rejig the map so that then we can take the flowers.
