We need conflict.
Conflict is so important.
If you have a marriage where there's no conflict, I would be saying there's something not properly right there.
Conflict is good.
How you repair conflict is really, really a good indicator of the quality of a marriage.
apologising quite quickly, taking responsibility when you're wrong, trying not to go to bed on an argument if you can, but like how you come and equally come.
So it can't be one person always taking responsibility.

And I know some people find it harder to apologise.

I think that you should definitely not because we can read people more than what they say.
We read their interactions and that leaves a bitterness in the couple.
So if you're not sorry and your partner's like very clear that they think you've done something wrong, you need to go off and reflect a little bit and maybe talk about it.
