The reality is I also work full-time, two jobs.
I don't have time to start disguising some chickpeas and this carrot or that carrot.
And so I'll be honest.
If it wasn't for the Zoe products I have, I don't get to 30.
My kids don't get to 30.
I try, though, now to add in herbs and spices.
And we know that herbs and spices have a really important role to play.
And this is the kind of thing that you can just add either just to your dish, or my kids don't kind of notice that because it's not a big chunk of a herb.
You know, I add more garlic and more onions as a kind of basic.
To uh ingredients, I try and add fresh tomatoes alongside the tomato pasta sauce that they like.
So there's things like that I do.
But I do think it's important to acknowledge it is quite hard because you know we are used as individuals, and you mentioned this earlier, to cooking from a small repertoire of ingredients and a small repertoire of meal choices.
I would go for mixed nuts.
They're great to carry around as a snack.
You can also add them to so many different meals, whether it's your breakfast, you can put them on your stir fries.
There's so many different ways to use them in your everyday cooking.
They're packed full of hot, healthy oils, they're packed full of micronutrients, they're packed full of fibre.
To me, if I was to ever use the word superfood, it is the one food I would say absolutely could classify.
