You can put them in a jar, which I do every morning.
So herbs, spices, nuts, seeds, even different colored vegetables.
You know, you can get carrots, you can get like Persian carrots, which are purple, different to orange ones.
They have different chemical compositions.
So as far as the microbes are concerned, it's a different treat for them.
And yeah, it's really important.
Yeah, I mean, nothing wrong with meal prepping if it's a healthy meal and you wouldn't otherwise be having healthy food.
But I think finding ways to enhance the plant count and vary it a little bit is really important.

People have got used, they get into a rut.
You go and you say, what's my average lunch?
And you always have the same salad in the same place.
And it seems healthy, but for your gut microbes, they get bored and only those guys will survive.
We know from some of our studies that there's a microbe inside you that only eats coffee.
And so if you never drink coffee, this guy is never going to grow.
And so there might well be one for avocados or blueberries or baobab, you know, and so
Being more adventurous is part of this.
And the fact that some people find it hard, they say, oh, it's too hard, I can't do that.
So we did actually come up, Zoe, with a solution, a prebiotic mix of 34 plants, most of them freeze-dried, that people could add to their food.
So if they were meal prepping, you just add these 30-odd extra dried plants, and that gives you the diversity.
