And this is the obstacle we're faced with now: how do you sort out?
The non obvious stuff.
Yes, so we realized that ultra processed food was a problem.
We also realised that the the current way of defining it, the NOVA classification, was also a problem for the consumer.
It was good for broad research.
It's done a great job so far, but
I wanted something else to be able to tell people, use this definition in order to pick the sort of foods that aren't going to cause you problems, those that really need to avoid and those in the middle.
And so uh
I said we must be able to come up with the way at Zoe to be able to divide uh foods based on this latest science in a way that the consumers can understand and that doesn't demonize all foods.
