I've actually changed my practice a lot.
my eating habits, what I I choose in a supermarket and um
You know, I don't mean s to sound like an advert, Jonathan, but um, you know, I do use my Zoe app when I'm going there looking at some items in the supermarket that I haven't seen before.
Say it's so you know, what's the best uh cheese biscuit to pick, for example.
The only way to really do this accurately now is to identify those high risk groups with an app.
Um the science is so complex that you really just can't
do it, even you know, if you had brilliant memory.
It's very hard to do that for anything uh novel.
So it's become part of my practice and uh I think
This is one of the great advantages of AI and and some of the the latest science that we're getting.
Yeah, it is complicated.
And this is why, you know, we need actually legislation.
That's why our government shouldn't be just uh doing whatever the food industry tells them to do.
Um they should be changing the labels and stopping them, uh putting, you know, low calorie, low fat, therefore it's healthy, and disregarding everything else they've put into it and changing the composition and made it baby food.
So we need help, but until then
We need tools to do it.
So I would say
If you haven't got an app, look at the front of the pack and if it says low cow, low fat, you know, no added sugar, that should probably tell you they've been fiddling a lot with your food.
We're looking at rough guides.
It doesn't mean there aren't exceptions and uh there are always exceptions in this, but if you're going in there, just be suspicious of anything that says that.
