So I'm very strategic about where I lend my voice.

I just do things that are organic in terms of sharing information and trying to be engaged with folks.

And even on the side of the advocacy that I've worked on in terms of being on some ad boards and things like that, I've been giving pushback about how I rarely see advertisements with people that look like me.

And that's still a thing.

And I would think that as much as it's been spoken about, that I shouldn't still be talking about this now, like five years later.

But it's a reality.

I focus mostly on in-person than I do online because I like that engagement.

I'm doing it strictly out of the love that I feel for having to do it and the need that I feel that I'm helping to address.

I feel better.

And Nora, the point you just mentioned, that was key for me because I tell you, I have some people now and even in my close circle who are still surprised now at the frequency that I'll say no.

I know my capacity.

I tend to just try to focus on those things that bring me some joy.

And it's nothing personal, but I'm getting the message through.

I'm in a good space in terms of chronic migraine.

I'm really happy about that.

And what I'm doing now to manage it is very good.

I still have the same neurologist that I've been working with for many years now.

Even though now one of the challenges that I face being in New Jersey is that the weather, as we already spoke about, being what it is, I'm not able to be as active as I was when I lived in Florida, where I could literally go out and walk every day.

Now I don't have that luxury during the winter months.

So it's a bit more of a challenge in terms of staying on task and managing chronic migraine that way.
