After I got out, I was like, wow, I can see how people get benefit of that.
But sitting there, it was awful.
It was terrible.
But my point is that's been the first glimpse.
It vividly reminds me of 20-plus years ago when I was fighting to survive and starting a business.
There would be sleep, minimal because I was super stressed.
Food and then work.
That was what I did.
That was it.
There was nothing.
And then you'd get up and repeat and rinse it and do it all over again.
That's what it feels like.
