And you go, that's a deal breaker.

I was speaking to somebody in WA this week and they were really nervous.

It was only a few days from settlement.

They'd seen the pest and build report their contracts.

Things work a little bit differently there.

And there was moisture in the bathroom and they thought that was a really big thing.

And I said to the client, before you actually get worried and worked up and try to get out of the contract, call the builder.

And when they called the builder, they said, oh, this is really common in WA.
