I'd really look at what is important to you.
And I wouldn't just go there just because that property was there.

Well, I just think if they would still – I think it's the pressure of that mortgage.
Like I can feel the pressure of that mortgage weighing on them.
You are not getting back into Sydney.
And if you're debt-free with $250,000 in the bank, and look, you might do a version of this where you're moving somewhere else that has you with $100,000 or $50,000 in the bank rather than the $250,000 in an area that you'd be happier just depending on what your goals are.
But let's say you're debt-free on your mortgage and you're both still planning to work, which it looks like you are.
You can still invest.
You can still invest in property.
You can still invest in property that may need some sort of contribution to it.
And still be building wealth, but without having that big $1.3 million chain dragging behind you.
Because on your incomes, I can see how that is stressing you out.
And I think they're thinking of the third child.
And I think this could be whether they have it or not.
