And I think people are thinking that they're doing that because a lot of people come on and ask, should I buy before I sell or sell before I buy?

But this isn't what this person's asking.

They're saying, do I pay my mortgage down before I upgrade?

And honestly, doing the numbers and when you see the numbers on your $935,000 mortgage, if you were to do it now, I think you're going to go with your first instinct.

I am going to still say even with all of that, you're going to have a bigger mortgage than you're comfortable with.

And I think that if you're really trying to pay that mortgage and you've got a goal, you're doing so well with that stay on course.
