I remember when we got to 50 houses, I remember it was like, we're not going to ever take more than 80 when 80 and that's it, we're done.
And then we added Jackson hole about 13, 14 years ago.
So that, you know, then that grew.
So in park city, there's like 140 something houses in Jackson holds or under 50, right.
40 something in Jackson hall, I think right now.
And, um,
And so it's like, you know, in Park City, it's over a hundred.
And I remember that was like, I was like, we will never have more than a hundred in one market.
But, you know, as things happen and it's like our, in Park City, we ended up purchasing an office building.
And then, so now, then we started to build out our shared services of our company, like marketing and revenue management and reservation sales, like based out of Park City.
And so then-
There was more people in Park City on our team, so we were able to grow our portfolio a little bit larger.
So I do think it's a very fine balance.
And this is something that I think about and I talk about a lot.
Because there's studies that have been done, right, where people are looking at with hotel management companies and ownership companies and luxury and like, where does that work?
Where does it, at what number of scale does that stop working?
Same with vacation rentals.
That's yet to be determined.
Like, like,
how, at what number of houses under management or at what level of scale do you lose the ability to provide excellent service consistently?
