But yeah, I definitely feel like going back to kind of what you said about like laughing until you cry with the friend, like, oh, that is just like the best feeling ever.

Like you have that like deep connection.

And then sometimes I feel like you forget what you're even laughing about, which is the best thing, you know?

But um, in terms of corporate, yeah, I would say that.

I think like really opening it by helping people understand the science behind it, because I think people really can start to they're like, Why would I just laugh?

Or I was like it took kids laugh like three hundred to four hundred times a day.

And then research shows that adults really laugh like twelve to fifteen times a day, but like a chuckle here and there, you know?

So it's like why why do kids laugh so much and then adults like

And it's like so many things.

It's like society, like pressures, like, you know, being seen.

Like maybe people don't want you to like see them as like, you know, you're not serious or they won't take you seriously.

So I think a lot of that comes into the corporate world of like how you're perceived and like your management.

Like if you, you know, are climbing up the corporate ladder, like you maybe if you're laughing at all the time, people won't take you seriously.

But actually, like when you laugh, people like like you more.
