So we offer a sliding scale.

based on income and it starts at eight dollars a session and goes up to two hundred dollars a session.

So that's something a lot of folks don't know about momentum.

They're like, oh, we can get counseling for eight dollars a session.

And and if your income is is low enough, then that is true.

We don't offer any free therapy.

Sometimes we get folks coming in thinking they can get therapy for free.

And that's that's not the case.

But eight dollars we consider fairly low barrier and then

And we also don't require a referral.

We can see anyone over the age of 14.

And like I said, we have those different formats.

So sometimes folks are more comfortable coming to a group session than they are to one-on-one.

We specialize on solution-based single session therapy.

So a lot of times if we can see someone once and help them set up kind of a strength-based plan, they can take things from there if they, if they have the resources and ability to do that.

or they can see an intern for brief focused therapy, which would be like up to six sessions with the same person.

And if they have different needs than that, we can also refer them to some of our referral therapists that have different specialties.

And that can be more ongoing therapy, like 12 sessions or more with the same individual.

So those are some of the formats that we offer.

Yeah, I just want to back up on your question a minute because this is the first thing I should have said about low barrier.
