our early cancellations that allow us to fit people in really quickly.

Like if it is same dates, it'll be because we had a cancellation that day that we have someone available.

But yeah, we have like online booking or people can call in to make an appointment or they can walk in to book an appointment.

And then we just get them in with the next next available intern if we can.

And then the only they do a one-hour intake in advance of the session.

So they can either do that over the phone or online and then be walked through with somebody to do, to do the intake.

And then they can go to their first session.

So yeah.

Sometimes we can do the intake and the session back to back.

So like if they were being seen the same day, they would do the intake and then go straight into session.

Strengths and reflections document is what we call it.

It's really interesting the team dynamic around it.

So we interns that go through our program like praise momentum as being like one of the best practicum opportunities out there, honestly.

And it's because of the kind of support that they get.

So all sessions are whether it's virtual or in our office, they're all videoed and we and there's a

supervisor who's watching and listening at the same time as the sessions are happening.

And then we've we work in a 15 minute break where the intern will come out, consult with their supervisor, discuss what's been happening.

And then like you said, from whoever's in the team room, whether it's other interns and their supervisor, just kind of come up with some ideas for like what to go back in with.

And then they have another 15 minutes to half an hour to

you know, adjust or suggest those changes or or uh work with that.
