Both the client and the intern get a lot of support through even just one session.
And then of course, if they're seeing someone ongoing, they'll have time with their supervisor to discuss like the approach and what to mention and and and how to move forward with that.
So it's really very supportive for the interns.
They don't get thrown into the deep end.
They, you know, like understand what they're doing as as they're doing it.
And we kind of um sometimes the supervisors will be in session.
with them if it's like early days in their practicum and then they
gain more independence as they get towards the end of their practicum with with taking sessions on their own.
Yeah, you're getting, you know, maybe three or four or five heads for the price of one, right?
And we all know how when we have fli slightly different perspectives, you see different things.
It's not all about years of experience, right?
It's also about your your personal experience, what you bring to
each session.
So yeah, I think that's that's nice to highlight that just because someone's an intern doesn't mean they don't have like a lot to bring to the table.
So the interns that we have they're they're masters of counseling students or doing their bachelors of social work or doing their masters of social work.
So they you know
They're interns, but they're not like fresh to this work.
They've already a lot of them have already been working as social workers for years before they do their masters of social work.
Right.
