So yeah, it's it's not necessarily someone who's like super, super green that's meeting with you.

And and like you said, even if they are, they're getting a lot of support from someone with a lot of experience.

We do find there's a bit some, I'll just dispel some misconceptions about what momentum does is that we are no longer walk in.

So sometimes when people show up and say, Oh, I was told I could come here and see a therapist, that might not be true, that we couldn't get to see them that day or immediately when they walk in.

So it's usually only like, you know, next day or a couple of days, but sometimes that's disappointing to folks who are expecting to see a therapist immediately.

And I think that's still just out there in.

community around that walk-in, like you know, kind of our past service model.

The other thing we're seeing a lot is, you know, and this is because there's just less and less services out there for folks, but people coming in in crisis or in a much higher needs place than is appropriate for uh for our model.

So we do have a pretty strong uh ability to refer out.

That our therapists will do their very best to say, okay, this isn't the right place for you right now, but where can you go?

Rather than just, you know, we hate to turn someone away and just not know where they ended up, right?

We also incorporated a really amazing program.

This uh was it a year ago, a bit over a year ago, called the Mental Health Copilots.

And that was created, it's a fascinating story, created by students at the U of A and one of their professors who.

identify the need for navigation services through the mental health sector.

So saying people don't know where to go or how to find the services that they need, how could we help them?

So they brought together there's a team of we currently have 36 volunteers.
