So sometimes people are getting their options done to see what they can borrow both as to live in a property and to invest and what they can do will answer that question because obviously the requirements are different both in borrowing capacity and deposit, whether you're going to live in a property or whether it's going to be an investment.

So I think knowing what you can do really helps guide you through that process as well.
