In my opinion, it's always a good idea.

Yeah.

And my real big goal and passion is that we, I guess, encourage and help first home buyers into the property market, whether it be to live in or to invest.

And I think a lot of younger people are getting discouraged.

And I think a lot of this media just adds more noise and more negativity.

But I think it comes back to strategy.

I think it's always a good idea to get into the property market when you can.

And I think that going and seeing somebody

like a mortgage broker to go, what can I do in this new world will help you decide what you will do.

But you get into the best asset you can with the tools you have available to you at the time.

So when I personally buy property, I try to look for growth corridors.

Right.

So I try to look to buy property in areas that I believe are going to grow.

Now, people get their advice from all different places.

That might be from their own research.

And I talk to clients all the time who love the research and who love doing that research themselves.

great, do that research.

I also talk to other people who want advice from a property coach or a buyer's agent and go down that road.

But I think whatever way it is that you get your advice, you want to get to know that once you decide to buy, to invest, Australia becomes borderless.
