But I just want to tell a story.
Curalee's got a client at the moment that's buying in South Australia.
Right.
And they're doing land and build.
They've only got a 5% deposit.
They're using the 5% government guarantee scheme.
Now, when you use the scheme for land and build, this is a really tricky thing.
This is crazy.
So you can't get a scheme spot unless you've got a signed build contract.
But you can't, the builder won't do the signed contract until the land is exchanged.
So they actually had a conversation with this client the other day.
They said, well, I'm in a cooling off period of my land.
But I'm going to do that without approval, but I can't complete this land without the build contract.
What am I going to do?
But they're not going to get into the property market unless they do this property.
They've got no other options.
They need the grant.
They need to be able to get in this way.
