I'm very down to earth.
Okay, so I do have a baseline package for people, but food wise, people sabotage themselves with the diet.
That's a big part of it.
So in the diet forever for life, you must eliminate
these things no wheat barley rye oatmeal or buckwheat now you're going and not you but the people listening did i have a beer did it have that did i did i go to the italian restaurant yeah you probably did so all the good calls right no fried foods no foods cooked in any oils and nobody understands why they think it's um well i don't even know what all of the reasons are but i will say this
that it's because the oils are oxidized.
So they'll say, well, I can still have coconut or I can have olive.
But the thing is, is the longer it was exposed to oxygen, it's oxidized.
Just like water hits metal, it rusts.
So no oils are OK unless you are chopping the top off the coconut and extracting it and making the oil and eating it in the next 30 to 60 minutes.
Otherwise, it's oxidized.
So barring if you're a diabetic or suffering cancer or something like that, all the fruits you want, all the vegetables you want, meat, fish, all of that is great.
The rule of thumb is it must be clean.
You don't want Bessie in the field that's been shot up with a lot of antibiotic or anything else.
Exactly.
So you want your food to be clean, organic.
You want as little in, you know, when you go to get potato salad at the grocery store and it's got 50 ingredients, not okay.
Okay.
Correct.
So, yeah.
