Yeah, so the traffic impact fee, I win, is $4,215 per townhome unit.

Resolution we could probably add a sentence at the end of that basically saying that 50 to 75 percent 75 percent of Landscaping should be a native I'll second that.
I want to say that we should also remember that these are primarily industrial areas.
And so remember that it is an industrial area first.
It affects our tax base.
It affects our small business base.
And so anything we can do to help displace businesses to find other places, I think that's gonna be useful as us.
