So around 1996, he's like 28 at this point, he decides that he wants to get revenge on not just the couple who now owns Seascape Cottage, but to get revenge on like everyone, I guess.

So he comes up with a plan to kill that couple and anyone else he runs into.

And he starts stockpiling guns.

And of course, because he has all this inheritance money, he basically has unlimited time and funds to pull this off.

He also decides that the main location of this shooting he's going to do is this former prison complex and asylum that's now a popular tourist destination.

And so finally, everything is set.

and it's time to put his plan into motion.

And he gets his ammo and everything together, and he drives from his place in Newtown over to the Seascape Cottage.

And I don't know exactly how all this goes down, but somehow he gets into the cottage, and he finds the two new owners, and he points his rifle at them, and blam, blam, he unalives them both.

Then he gets back into his car and he heads to the tourist destination, which is, of course, packed with people.

It's a busy day.

And when Martin gets there, he stops for lunch at this cafe that's on the site and he calmly eats lunch.

Then he goes out and he gets his rifle from his bag and he goes back in and blam, blam, blam.

He starts shooting everyone in there.

Then he goes to the gift shop and he starts shooting that place up.

Then he heads out to the parking lot to his car.

And I guess on the way to his car, he shoots some more people.

The drivers of two tour buses and some of their passengers.

Then he finds a car and he leaves.

And he starts going down the road and he sees a woman and her two kids with her.
